Basil, Fennel, and Strawberry Salad Recipe
Ingredients
- Mixed Salad Greens
- Basil
- Fennel
- Strawberries
- Sliced yellow peppers
- Sliced radishes
- Poppyseeds
- 2-3 Tablespoons Arbequina Olive Oil
Directions
Layer the first size ingredients into a bowl. Top with poppyseeds as well as 2-3 T of olive oil.

Roasted Vegetables with Herbs & Olive Oil Recipe (Vegetarian)
Ingredients
- Zucchini
- Carrots
- Klondike Potatoes
- Red & yellow peppers
- Red chard
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Fresh Oregano
- Fresh Rosemary
- Salt & Pepper
Directions
Bake at 425 degrees for 25-40 minutes until vegetables are tender and brown.
Roasted Chicken with Paprika & Roasted Root Vegetables Recipe
Ingredients
- Whole cut up chicken
- Olive oil
- Sea sale
- Steak seasoning
- Paprika
- Rosemary
- Butter
- Carrots
- Klondike Potatoes
- Red Chard
Directions
Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until 165F. Take out chicken from sauce and put in carrots, Klondike potatoes, and rosemary and bake at 375 degrees until vegetables are tender and brown.
