Bob Chilcott

Bob Chilcott is a British conductor, singer, and composer of music that choirs at all levels love to sing. Chilcott sang in the choir of King’s College, Cambridge, first as a chorister and later as a choral scholar. For twelve years, he was a member of the internationally renowned sextet The King’s Singers. As a conductor, he has led choirs in over thirty different countries as well as acclaimed ensembles in England, including the chorus of the Royal College of Music, the BBC Singers, and the Birmingham University Singers. He has written a wealth of choral music in a variety of styles, including music for Christmas, arrangements of popular songs, large-scale sacred works, and music for children. With his extensive experience as a choral singer, Chilcott is able to compose with a keen sense of gorgeous melodies and captivating harmonies.
