VocalEssence is in search of volunteers to help with the logistics for our holiday concerts. When we’re at churches around the community, our volunteers are the heart and soul of making the event go smoothly when our audience arrives. With the pandemic, we’re in need of many hands to help make the work easier and the experience smooth for everyone.
We have several different opportunities for volunteers to join us at the following upcoming holiday concerts (dates, venues, and time commitment included):
Volunteers will receive training and have the chance to enjoy beautiful music to get in the holiday spirit. We are looking for volunteers to help us with the following roles: ticket takers, program distributors, seat locators, COVID test/vaccination checkers, and traffic directors/floaters. (Note: All volunteers will be required to wear a mask and provide proof of either full COVID-19 vaccination or a negative COVID-19 PCR test result taken within 72 hours prior to volunteering. Some of these duties may require volunteers to be outside.)
