What happens after I order a VocalEssence digital stream?
Once you’ve placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation email which will include a link to set up an account on the VocalEssence On Demand website to access the digital content. After you create your VocalEssence On Demand account, you will receive another confirmation email from info@vocalessence.org. This email will include a link that you must click to activate your account before you can sign in to the VocalEssence On Demand website. If you have any trouble with this process, please email us at info@vocalessence.org and we’ll help you!
What is my username and password?
When you completed your order, you should have received a confirmation email with a link to create a username and password to the VocalEssence On Demand website.
I created a login, but the website says that my information is not there. What happened?
Once you fill out sign-up form, you will receive an email confirmation with a link. Once you click the confirmation link, your user information will be active and you will be able to log in.
How can I chat during the performance?
There is a chat box to the right of the video screen that will be available during the premiere only. Tap your curser into the box that says “Type a message here…” and chat away.
I can’t understand what they are saying/singing. How can I turn on Closed Captioning?
Hover over the video and click the white CC button on the button right corner of the screen.
I missed the premiere. Can I still watch the performance?
Yes. After the premiere, the performance will be available for you to watch anytime and anywhere until September 6, 2021. Visit the website listed below and login using the username and password that you created from the link in the email confirmation. https://www.vocalessence.org/celebrate/
What devices work with VocalEssence On Demand?
VocalEssence videos can be accessed through the VocalEssence On Demand website and are streamed through a private Vimeo link. Anywhere you can play online videos—computer, tablet, smartphone, or smart TV—you can watch VocalEssence performances.
Can I watch performances on my television?

I can’t afford a subscription. What should I do?

My video and audio are not in sync. What should I do?
It is probably an issue with the speed of your internet. Try opening and closing the video again to see if it fixes the problem.
