Jennifer Dieter (she/her/hers) is the principal and owner of Jennifer Dieter Consulting, LLC, which she started in 2021. She has more than 20 years of non-profit experience, the majority in fund development. Jennifer specializes in helping small to mid-sized organizations maximize their resources by raising money in an effective, sustainable, and community-centric way. She has served on the Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP) board and education committee. She has a bachelor’s degree in philosophy from Lawrence University in Appleton, Wisconsin. She became a Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE) in 2015 (now inactive) and completed the Certified Professional Project Manager (CPPM) program at St. Thomas in 2020. Outside of her professional life, Jennifer is an active dragon boat paddler with the Dragon Divas and MN Dragon Boat Club and lives with her partner and four tuxedo cats in Saint Paul.
